We are just getting the wheels rounded on Social Networking. We haven't even put a buggy on top yet. I too look at passive and reciprocal (active and behind the scenes) networks of our members. I found out yesterday that one of our most active members lives within a few miles of me where I am staying in Bogota, Colombia. Talk about a small world.
