		<description>It is specially aggravating to get responses/replies from computers. We are losing the human &#039;touch&#039; in business communication with prospective clients/consumers. And from a consumer&#039;s standpoint, I can wholeheartedly say that I look elsewhere when I don&#039;t feel customer service is a priority. Thanks for posting that article, very interesting indeed. RT&#039;ing this post.</description>
